What is Hotel Melody?

Hotel Melody is a luxury campsite located on the outskirts of Glastonbury Festival, offering premium accommodation and access to a wide range of exclusive amenities including a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, hot tub, wellness area, spa, and live DJ sets.

How do I become a member of Hotel Melody?

You can become a member by staying with us during our inaugural year and will automatically be enrolled as members of Hotel Melody.

Can I request a tent near friends staying at Hotel Melody?

If you and your friends have booked the same type of accommodation, we’ll do our best to place you close together. Be sure to mention this request when booking. For different accommodation types, we can’t guarantee proximity, but we’ll try to accommodate your request where possible.

Is there transport to and from Glastonbury Festival?

Yes, we provide convenient private transport to and from the festival, ensuring you can travel in comfort and style 24 hours a day.

Are children allowed at Hotel Melody?

Yes, children are welcome at Hotel Melody! We aim to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests of all ages. However, please note that some areas and events, such as the bar and live DJ sets, may be tailored for adult guests.

How much does it cost to stay at Hotel Melody?

Prices of packages are available on our accommodation page . Please sign up on our website to stay updated and to secure your spot as soon as bookings open.

What is the cancellation policy?

Secure your package with a 10% deposit. A further 40% is due by 31st December 2024, with the remaining 50% payable by 31st March 2025. Packages bought in 2025 the 40% is due by 31/03/2025 and the remaining 50% by 31/05/2025. Packages purchased before Glastonbury tickets go on sale, cancellations are refundable minus a £50 administration fee. Unfortunately, packages bought after the festival tickets go on sale in November are non-refundable.

Festival Admittance

Purchasing accommodation does not guarantee access to Glastonbury Festival tickets. Such tickets should be acquired before purchasing our services.

What amenities are available on-site?

Our facilities include a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, wellness area, massage services, glam parlour, makeup artist, and more. We also offer private transport to and from Glastonbury Festival, as well as helicopter landing services for those arriving by air.

Baggage Transport

We offer complimentary baggage transport to and from the car park. We will tag your luggage and drop it at the Luggage Collection Point near Reception.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 12pm on Wednesday, allowing you to settle in and enjoy the festival build-up. Check-out is by midday on the following Monday, giving you plenty of time to relax before heading home.

What food options are available at Hotel Melody?

Our on-site restaurant offers breakfast each morning. We also serve lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day, which can be purchased separately by guests. Brunch: 8am – 1pm Dinner & Late Bites: 6pm – 1am

The Melody

Our container stage, “The Melody,” is the heartbeat of our site. From Thursday to Sunday, 11am till 2pm we’ll be hosting our incredible lineup of DJs. This dedicated space is where festival-goers can kick start their mornings and where those unforgettable Hotel Melody moments are made.

How far is Hotel Melody from the Glastonbury Festival site?

Hotel Melody is located just a short distance from the festival, with private transport available to and from the festival grounds in 5 minutes, 24 hours a day! You will get dropped off at Bronze gate to access the festival either through pedestrian gate A or D.

What wellness services are available?

Open: 8am – 8pm daily. Our wellness area includes a sauna, hot tub, and a range of spa services, allowing you to fully relax and recharge during your stay.  Hot Tubs & Sauna: No booking required, available on a first come basis. Sunrise Yoga, Daily at 9:30am (mats provided)

Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included with any Hotel Melody packages. Breakfast is available to purchase daily at The Encore from 8:30am - 12pm. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

Are towels and toiletries provided?

Only selected tents include towels, which will be waiting in your accommodation when you arrive. For packages that don't include towels, they are available to hire for a £10 fee - just head to reception to grab yours. Common toiletries (such as toilet roll, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) will be available in the communal shower and toilet facilities.

Can I request fresh towels or bedding?

We ask that guests avoid requesting fresh towels or bedding unless absolutely essential, to help us minimise our environmental impact. An additional charge will apply.

Are campfires or BBQs allowed?

Personal fires and BBQs are not allowed. Communal fire pits will run in the evenings.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, but only within the campsite near your accommodation. Glass bottles are not allowed anywhere on site.

Arrivals: Car Parking & Taxis

Car parking spaces are available on site for a fee of £50. Car parking spaces must be booked in advance and can be booked here. Taxi and Transfer pick-ups/drop-offs are welcome at Hotel Melody, please advise your driver to head to the Hotel Melody car park. Click here for the what three words location.

Are there shower and toilet facilities?

Yes, our communal facilities include compost and flushing toilets and hot showers with toiletries. Private bathrooms are available for those staying in our lodges and RVs.

Are there mirrors and beauty facilities on-site?

Yes, the Glam Jam is fully equipped with hair tools (dryers and straighteners), and dressing tables. We also have make-up artists and hairdressers on site, sessions can be booked at the Welcome Desk for a fee.

What security is provided?

There will be 24-hour on-site security and stewards. Please safely store your valuables in your accommodation, or carry them with you.
